This part of standard GB/T 20851 specifies the main parameters,information frame,the establishment and revocation of the private communication link,Medium Access Control (MAC) sublayer and Logical Link Control (LLC) sublayer of the data link layer in Dedicated Short Range Communication (DSRC) used in Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system.
This part is applicable to ETC system for highway and Electronic Charging System for urban roads,and also can be refered for Automatic Vehicle Identification(AVI),vehicle entry and exit management and other fields.
