GB/T 37400.14-2019E 重型机械通用技术条件 第14部分：铸钢件无损检测（英文版）
This part of GB/T 37400 specifies the nondestructive testing methods of steel castings used for heavy machinery (including the ultrasonic testing,radiographic testing,penetrant testing and magnetic particle testing),as well as the general requirements and the quality classifications of relevant testings.
This part is applicable to:
—Type A pulse echo method of ultrasonic testing used for alloyed and non?alloyed ferrite steel castings with wall thickness ≤600 mm which have been heat treated.If there are no other standards for steel castings with wall thickness ＞600 mm,this Specification may be used as reference.
—The radiographic testing of steel castings with the thickness ≥5 mm.
—The magnetic particle testing for the defects on the surface and near the surface of the ferromagnetic steel castings.
—The penetrant testing for open defects on the surface of steel castings.
