This standard specifies the requirements for post-mission disposal of geostationary earth orbit (GEO) satellites,including post-mission deorbit and passivation requirements,detailed implementation requirements,documentation requirements,etc.
This standard is applicable to the implementation of post-mission disposal of GEO satellites (hereinafter referred to as satellites),and the post-mission disposal of geosynchronous earth orbit (GSO) satellites can be conducted with a reference to this standard.
